Note:  South Central's Interactive Support tools will only be used if the Technical Support Agent deems your technical support issue valid for such interaction.  All interactive support is initiated by a representative of South Central Rural Telephone.  If you choose to start an interactive support session without consulting with a South Central representative first, your interactive support request will not be answered.

South Central's Interactive Support service consists of a series of new tools we have rolled out to better serve and support our customers.  These tools are designed to provide a secondary level of assistance to members that fall under certain areas of technical support needs.  For these support tools to work, the customer must have:
