Password Policy
South Central will only provide/change password information to a customer over the phone or in person if the customer can provide the user id, phone number the account is billed to, and one of the following:

  • certificate number from their phone bill
  • social security number of the account owner

Forgot Password
South Central can provide password information based on the Password Policy above. Before you call in, please have the following information ready:

  • one of the two items mentioned under password policy (above)
  • the phone number the account is billed on
  • the user id

Once you have this information in hand, call our Technical Assistance Center at 678-2615 or 528-2615 between the hours of 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM Central Time.

Stolen Password
South Central can change password information based on the Password Policy above. Before you call in, please have the following information ready:

  • one of the two items mentioned under password policy (above)
  • the phone number the account is billed on
  • the user id
