The following information will help you in setting up Netscape Communicator 4.5 and later for email.
1. First, on the menu bar, click on Edit then click on Preferences. When the Preferences box comes up, click on the + sign directly to the left of Mail & Newsgroups. Next, click one time on Identity and you will see this:
2. Next, select Mail Servers in the left hand menu. Click Edit on your right side under Incoming mail servers.
3. Under Server name type pop.scrtc.com - all in small letters.
Next select POP3 Server. Type in your e-mail address in all small letters under User Name.
NOTE that for Netscape, the format of the username is the whole email address. Use the $ symbol instead of the @ symbol. (ex. username$scrtc.com)
4. Click OK and then OK again. That's it! Restart Netscape and open the Netscape mail program!
