Call waiting is a way of telling you someone is trying to call while you are on another call.
To use:
- Listen for the short beep.
- Press the switchhook or flash button to put first caller on hold.
- Pressing the switchhook or flash button will allow you to alternate between calls.
- To terminate either call, hang up. Your telephone will ring again. Answer it to return to the other caller.
