SCRTC Network Administrator JD Rayner, Network Manager Kevin Rich, and Marketing and Sales Nicole Randall partnered with Southside Baptist Church in Glasgow for a program on avoiding phone scams.
Rayner shared some best practices for senior citizen protection and for safely navigating through incidents that may occur for all ages.
"There are some simple yet very effective measures that can be put into place to help protect against phone scams," Randall said. “A Southside Baptist Church group leader reached out requesting a program for their senior group, and we were glad to use our resources to assist our community members.”
