Vice President
Robert Thompson serves as President and also represents the SCRTC District 2 of Canmer and Horse Cave. Robert was born in the area and attended LaRue County High School. He joined the Army immediately after high school and was deployed in both Desert Storm and Desert Shield as a Staff Sergeant Combat Engineer. Robert married Vicki Jo in 1989, and they are proud parents of two sons and two grandchildren. After the military, Robert began farming in Canmer. He and his oldest son own Hedgepeth Farm Supply.
